A platform that travels with you
A hook fashioned from old plastic and a small raft establish the opening task: catch floating debris, make equipment, and keep food and water available. Expanding the platform turns gathered material into a home that moves with the voyage. Official Steam description
Islands and reefs offer resources beyond the debris stream. Sharks threaten the raft, while a research table turns materials into crafting knowledge. An island stop can advance construction and crafting. Official Steam description
Shorelines, depths, and traces of people
Dropping anchor supports underwater searches for resources. Farming, animal care, and cooking provide other ways to sustain the voyage. Story locations preserve traces of earlier inhabitants and provide leads toward later destinations, linking local gathering with a continuing journey. Official Steam description
Redbeet’s released Final Chapter update identifies Varuna Point as abandoned towers partly swallowed by the sea. Temperance supplies a different environment: snow-covered land with the Selene research facility. The contrast brings both vertical underwater structures and frozen terrain into the ocean journey, without requiring their puzzles to be explained in advance. Redbeet: released destinations and tools
Choosing what the raft carries
Trading Posts on large islands give surplus materials another use. The Recycler produces Trash Cubes from leftovers, while selling rare fish supplies Trade Coins. Both currencies enter the Trading Post exchanges, so storing everything aboard is not the only possible response to an abundant haul. Redbeet: released destinations and tools
The same released update added a Juicer, wind turbine, advanced anchor, and electric zipline tool. The Juicer uses ingredients and electricity. Some food and drinks can also grant effects such as increased lung capacity. Story notes also gained optional voice playback through the notebook, allowing discoveries to be heard again rather than relying only on reading them when first found. A route shaped by maintenance
The raft remains central between destinations: it must carry supplies and withstand the ocean’s threats. Solo or cooperative play can combine construction, gathering, diving, and following the story’s leads, with each stop feeding the next stretch of the voyage. Official Steam description
